NTI Appoints Jason Kibsgaard as Executive General Manager of Marketing and Proposition

NTI Limited has appointed Jason Kibsgaard as Executive General Manager - Marketing and Proposition, strengthening the organisation’s executive leadership as it continues to evolve its customer, brand and growth strategy in a rapidly changing insurance market.

Mr Kibsgaard, who has led NTI’s Marketing function since joining the business in 2020, stepped into the Executive General Manager role earlier this month to join the NTI Executive team.

In his expanded role, Mr Kibsgaard will lead marketing, brand, customer engagement and proposition strategy across the organisation, along with NTI’s Parcel Protect

Since joining NTI, he has played a key role in strengthening the organisation’s market presence and modernising its marketing capability through multi-year partnerships across national and grassroots sporting teams, broadcast partnerships, trade media engagement, and strengthening industry collaboration through work with Monash University and the National Road Safety Partnership Program (NRSPP) to support the ongoing development of the NTARC (NTI Accident Research Centre) and its road safety research agenda.

NTI Chief Executive Officer Janelle Greene said Mr Kibsgaard’s appointment reflects the growing importance of marketing and customer strategy at executive level.

“As digital channels accelerate and AI reshapes how people discover, evaluate and engage with insurance products, it is important that customer insight, proposition development, brand and market positioning are represented at the highest level of decision-making,” Ms Greene said.

“Bringing Marketing to the Executive table strengthens our ability to anticipate change and deepen customer connection.” 

Mr Kibsgaard said he was honoured to join the NTI Executive team in the expanded role.
