Two NTI Ltd executives change roles and take on new challenges
Formerly holding the position of General Manager of People and Capability, Ms. Challenor has been passionate about NTI’s culture for the past four years, her new role as Chief People and Operations Officer continues to see her lead NTI’s people, but also adds claims and underwriting operations to her role.
Ms. Challenor brings a wealth of experience in human resources and general insurance to the role, having held a number of senior executive operational roles over her extensive insurance career, a career which has earnt her an ANZIIF Lifetime Achievement Award.
“Having worked at NTI for four years, I’ve always been impressed with the dedication and passion for our people to deliver an outstanding claims service to our customers. After the first 100 days in my new role, that respect has only deepened.
“Going forward, I’m thrilled to be kicking off a significant investment in our end to end claims systems and technologies which will see us advance our market-leading claims value proposition further. It’s an exciting time to be Chief of People and Operations at NTI,” said Ms. Challenor.
Ms. Greene, previously the General Manager – Strategic Delivery & Operations, responsible for executing NTI’s strategic projects across the organisation, and underwriting and claims operations, has now moved into the role of Chief Customer Officer.
Responsible for developing and implementing strategies driven by data and customer insights as well as leading a multidisciplinary team that encompasses Actuary, Data Science, Product, Marketing, Business Insights and Proposition Development.
“This is a powerful combination of capabilities that can drive NTI’s future growth through designing a customer value proposition that resonates with business owners in our specialist industries.
“The first 100 days in the role have been focused on building strong relationships with the team including long-standing industry experts Nick Dendrinos, newly appointed Head of Motor Portfolio and Andrew Kidd, Head of Marine Portfolio,” said Ms. Greene.
The roles officially commenced on 1 July 2019, however, both Ms. Greene and Ms. Challenor were putting in the ground work getting to know their new team members months before hand.
