NTI was proud to once again take home the ANZIIF Awards for Underwriting Agency of the Year and Claims Team of the Year at the 2025 Australian Insurance Industry Awards, held in Sydney last night.
This marks back-to-back wins for NTI, having also received Underwriting Agency of the Year in 2024 and Claims Team of the Year in both 2024 and 2023.
The annual Awards celebrate outstanding achievements of individuals and businesses across the industry, and recognise excellence and innovation, whilst also fostering a sense of community and connection within the sector.
This year’s criteria reflected a greater focus on the importance of the customer, ethical standards and vulnerability.
NTI CEO Janelle Greene said the recognition highlights the dedication of NTI’s people and the strong connections the business holds with customers and broker partners alike.
“To be recognised again in both of these categories is a real testament to our people and the work we do every day to go above and beyond to support Australian businesses and communities,” Ms Greene said.

NTI was also recently named winner of the 2025 Mansfield Awards for Claims Excellence in the category of Specialty Insurance – making it the sixth time the business has taken out the category.
