So here's the real version: We're a small, tight-knit Learning & Capability team at NTI who genuinely like working together. We're not going to pretend we're perfect. The job:

As our L&C Partner you’ll help NTI build capability, develop great leaders, support commercial projects, and deliver impactful learning experiences that stick. Your work will matter, because our team’s purpose is to enable a sustainable, safe, and prosperous future for all of NTI.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Getting to know the business deeply to understand what's getting in the way of capability building and what would help.

• Supporting big projects: new systems, technical process changes, commercial initiatives. Being the person who makes sure our people are ready for what’s ahead.

• Designing and running learning programs that people value and engage with (face-to-face, online, blended, whatever fits).

• Contributing to our L&C Strategy, including OD initiatives that shape engagement, talent, succession planning and more.

• Measuring, to ensure what we're doing is working.

The stuff we won't pretend about:

We deliver a lot for our size, and our pace is quick. You'll need to pivot quickly, be hands-on and self-directed. We don't always get to finesse things, so trial and error is part of the journey.

If you need everything mapped out, this probably isn't the right fit. But if you're energised by variety, comfortable with ambiguity, and happy to roll up your sleeves - you'll thrive here.

Who we're looking for:

We're not precious about backgrounds. Different industries, different paths, that's all interesting to us. We’re flexible on location, although if you’re in Brisbane you’ll have more access to our stakeholders.

The essentials:

• Solid background in L&D, with some OD background along the way

• You know how to run projects from go to whoa

• You're comfortable with LMS and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate or similar)

• You can build great relationships with anyone, from frontline teams to execs

• Degree in HR/Psychology/ Education or another relevant qualification
