You'll gain exposure to large-scale projects and be part of a broader Graduate team where you can grow and learn alongside your colleagues.

We are offering full-time roles for graduates (those graduated recently or graduating in 2026) who are eager to build a career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the role

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Work within a cross-functional team to design and implement new features, as well as enhance existing ones, ensuring value for both customers and users.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, user story creation, estimation, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide constructive feedback to peers during requirements review to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Engage actively in stand-ups, sprint retrospectives and planning, fostering teamwork and transparency.
  • Contribute to the advancement of business operations by supporting project deliverables and operational functions within your designated area.

In your 12 months, you'll complete two 6-month rotations across different product teams - from customer-facing claims and policy platforms to back-end systems and SaaS products - giving you genuine breadth across NTI's technology landscape.

Technical Skills:

  • An undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Business or similar disciplines.
  • Experience working in a professional environment through internships, work placements, or volunteering (desired but not essential).
  • Familiarity with relevant processes & tools:
  • Requirements elicitation & analysis
  • Collaboration tools (Miro, Confluence, Virtual whiteboards)
  • Jira or similar issue tracking tools
  • Process modelling
