We're currently seeking a Claims Support Coordinator (internally, Repair Assist Consultant) to join our team on a fixed-term maternity leave contract. If you enjoy building relationships, providing outstanding customer service and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll love about the role:
As a Claims Support Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in the early stages of the motor claims journey. Acting as a key point of contact for customers and service providers, you'll gather and verify claim information, coordinate repair-related services and help customers access NTI's trusted repair network.
Working closely with Repair Management, Claims Operations and external stakeholders, you'll help ensure claims move efficiently through the repair process, resulting in reduced downtime for customers and a positive claims experience.
Key responsibilities:
Collect and verify claim-related information from customers, repairers and service providers.
Promote the benefits of NTI's Network Repairers and support customers in making informed repair decisions.
Arrange hire vehicles and towing services as required.
Ensure all required documentation and claim information is complete prior to referral to the Repair Management team.
Deliver professional, empathetic and efficient customer service throughout the claims process.
Support first-contact resolution by responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Work collaboratively with Claims and Repair Management teams to ensure timely claim progression in line with customer service level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain accurate customer, claim and operational records.
