We’re looking for an experienced and innovative Marketing Communications Lead to drive NTI’s national external communications program and support internal engagement across the organisation.
Reporting to the National Manager - Communications & Engagement, this role gives you the opportunity to:
- Shape the Communications Strategy – Develop and execute NTI’s external communications calendar across email marketing, educational initiatives, industry thought-leadership, and partner channels.
- Create Impactful Content – Lead the development of compelling, action-focused communications that support our marketing strategy and resonate with customers and partners.
- Drive Integrated Marketing – Collaborate across the marketing team to embed communications within broader campaigns and go-to-market plans.
- Influence Brand Perception – Ensure all content aligns with NTI’s tone of voice and brand standards, and support risk management to protect the NTI brand.
- Support Internal Engagement – Help deliver internal communications that keep NTI people informed, connected and engaged with our strategic programs and campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and track NTI’s external communications calendar targeting partners and industry audiences.
- Produce timely and relevant content across email, collateral, newsletters, presentations, articles and partner-owned media.
- Work collaboratively on integrated marketing campaigns, go-to-market plans and external-facing collateral.
- Partner with Content and Digital teams to create effective website and thought-leadership content.
- Edit and refine communications to ensure brand consistency and quality.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and support risk and brand governance.
- Support sponsorships and events with aligned communication strategies.
- Assist with internal engagement communications, including executive communication support.
- Contribute to projects as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and perform other duties as required.
What we’ll love about you:
You are a proactive, collaborative, and creative communications specialist with a passion for delivering high-quality content. You will ideally have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline (essential).
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in a communications or marketing role with a strong writing and editing focus.
- Demonstrated experience producing high-quality written communications across digital, social and traditional channels.
- A creative and adaptable writing style, with the ability to challenge the norm and craft memorable content.
- Strong editorial judgement, attention to detail and ability to maintain a consistent tone of voice.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic planning capability and confidence managing competing priorities.
