NTI has leveraged our industry experience and risk mitigation learnings to provide you with a specialised risk management service in the form of a Business Health Check.
Risk management is not limited to systems or processes that follow a checklist or audit. Our Business Health Check has been developed to provide a holistic view of your business, looking at multiple facets including risk, people and culture, and safety.
Business Health Checks are offered as a service to better understand our customers, the challenges they face, and to provide them with an analysis of any opportunities for improvement or consideration.

- Recommendations - any opportunities for improvement based on your answers
- Access to relevant tools and templates - we have developed an expertise library to assist you in the areas you wish to improve
- Safety culture program introduction - has been designed to enable all levels of your business to take ownership and responsibility
- Specialist engagement - our team is comprised of experts who may be able to provide further support. The Business Health Check allows our specialists to better tailor their preparation prior to engagement or a site visit.
- Partner referrals - if we can't help we will find someone who can. NTI has strong existing partnerships and is constantly on the lookout for other specialists to complement our offering
