About the role
Day-to-day, you will:
- Work within a cross-functional team to design and implement new features, as well as enhance existing ones, ensuring value for both customers and users.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, user story creation, estimation, testing, and deployment.
- Provide constructive feedback to peers during requirements review to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Engage actively in daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, planning meetings, and other agile ceremonies to foster teamwork and transparency.
- Contribute to the advancement of business operations by supporting project deliverables and operational functions within your designated area.

Technical Skills:
- An undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Business or similar disciplines.
- Experience working in a professional environment through internships, work placements, or volunteering (desired but not essential).
- Familiarity with relevant processes & tools:
- Requirements elicitation & analysis
- Collaboration tools (Miro, Confluence, Virtual whiteboards)
- Jira or similar issue tracking tools
- Process modelling
