Claims Services Administrator (Fixed Term)

Are you the Claims Services Administrator we are looking for?

If you’re a proactive problem solver who enjoys working independently and managing your own workflows efficiently, this could be the perfect role for you! We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with ease at all levels, and is confident engaging with insurance customers.

You don’t need to be an expert in Excel, insurance, or call centres, but you do need to:

• Have strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Be comfortable working with data and reporting

• Be confident picking up the phone to liaise with customers and suppliers

• Have experience in workflow management for efficiency gains

• Possess strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Be adaptable and resilient, ready to tackle challenges head-on

What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to the Customer and Improvement Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient claims process. You’ll be responsible for accurate data input, maintaining supplier relationships, and keeping customers informed with clear and helpful communication. This is initially a 12-month fixed term contract with potential for extension, but you will be one of the close-knit team who love to celebrate wins and have fun at work.

Your Day-to-Day will include:

• Processing and reviewing invoices and payments efficiently

• Managing central inboxes and responding to incoming queries

• Preparing and delivering accurate reports to support business decisions

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with service providers and internal teams

• Supporting insurance customers with clear, proactive communication during catastrophic events
