We are looking for an ambitious and inspiring State Manager with a sales focus to lead the Victoria/Tasmania Region into the next exciting phase for the business.

This is a senior leadership position in the business and you will become part of the national commercial leadership team. You will have full P&L responsibility and will be relied upon to demonstrate NTI’s Core Values and monitor the behaviour and performance of the office, as well as being responsible for working with other People Leaders and HR to sustain an award winning and unified culture.
You should have experience in B2B business development as well as senior management experience in sales to be considered for this position. Qualifications in Business, Management, Sales and/ or Commerce will be highly regarded.
