Chief Customer Officer (CCO)

As Chief Customer Officer, Chris is responsible for developing the strategic direction of NTI’s customer experience, marketing, business insights, and pricing and portfolio management teams.

He joined NTI in 2006, and previously held the roles of Chief Underwriting Officer and National Manager of NTI’s Motor Portfolio.

Chris holds an Undergraduate Master with Honours in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Glasgow Faculty of Science and a Post Graduate Masters in Operational Research and Management Consultancy from the Strathclyde University Faculty of Business.
