Our NTI Customer Care Team

You could be a part of the growing success of NTI’s Direct offering! Based in our Brisbane office, and reporting to the NTICC Team Leader, you will be responsible for growing revenue and promoting and managing the products and services associated with NTI Direct and roadside assistance products. 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the needs of our customers
  • Manage Insurance “Sales, Service and Customer enquiries” for New Business and Renewals and Policy Maintenance
  • Manage Customer enquiries and purchase of Roadside Assistance, and insurance enquiries
  • Maintain high service levels and standards when dealing with customers
  • Manage payments for all NTI Direct products and services
  • Manage action plans that achieves renewal and new business targets
  • Promote and sell the NTI value proposition to a designated market
  • Conduct market, pricing and product intelligence and generate reports to relay this information
  • Communicate marketing messages and training opportunities to customers

 

What we’ll love about you

You will be excited by seeing yourself and the team achieve targets and will always have the customer at the forefront. In addition, you will have:

  • Experience in the a customer service or sales  based role (general insurance experience highly regarded but not essential
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including an excellent phone manner
  • The ability to build effective relationships over the phone
  • Great administration skills.  You will not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into some administration when necessary
  • Willingness to complete Tier 2 accreditation (Insurance)
