Marketing & Events Specialist

What you will love about the role:

The focus of the role is to coordinate the delivery of national events for NTI and be responsible for the effective delivery of the events strategy. You will deliver marketing and promotional activities and sponsorships designed to communicate NTI’s value propositions. Reporting to the Marketing, Events and Partnerships Manager, some of your day to day responsibilities will include;

• Own and coordinate the execution of national and local industry and insurance events 
• Analyse the effectiveness of the events that NTI sponsors and attends and make recommendations based on these findings
• Provide support to NTI’s regional offices for advanced planning and execution of their local marketing and events strategies
• Develop local event expertise to ensure consistent execution of NTI’s event strategy 
• Support the development and execution of campaigns and communications, including collateral, tools and artefacts across all brands and channels
• Provide expert marketing advice and support to the Commercial and Direct Teams as well as other areas of the business
• Lead relationships with partners and suppliers to deliver the marketing strategy, including printing and promotional goods 

What we’d love to see from you:

You will be a natural problem solver with a sound understanding of current marketing best practices and will proactively prioritise workloads throughout the end to event management process. In addition you will have:

• A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role with a focus on event coordination and marketing administration
• Tertiary qualification in marketing or relevant discipline (essential)
• Graphic design experience (highly regarded)
• A strong customer focus, service ethic and commitment to excellence
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
