What you’ll love about the opportunity:

You will report to the Head of Supply Chain Customer and lead a team of 4 Client Services Managers to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers from onboarding through to ongoing engagement with the CoRsafe platform. Your role will be to strategically drive positive customer outcomes by effectively managing and improving operations and developing your team. Day to day, you will look after:

  • Continuous improvement of operations and processes to deliver a best practice SaaS product
  • Strategic oversight of customer relationships and positive customer outcomes
  • Develop a quality control framework to ensure excellent service standards
  • Monitor and manage the complaints framework, taking action when required
  • Analyse portfolio performance, identifying key trends and issues and implementing solutions 
  • Leadership of the team, including recruitment, development, coaching and performance management

Having experience in leading high performing teams within a SaaS environment, you’ll have the resources and knowledge to uplift capability and expertise amongst your team. You are a natural problems solver with the ability to think strategically to deliver solutions to customers as well as be a key contributor to the growth of the product and business moving forward. In addition, you will have:

  • Extensive experience in leading teams within a customer success / SaaS environment
  • A drive for achieving best practice customer experience and a commitment to action
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively implementing change and improvement initiatives 
  • Experience of the supply chain industry and understanding of Chain of Responsibility (desired though not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to get to the heart of issues and provide solutions and influence outcomes
