About the role

Based in our Brisbane Head Office you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate across the business. The role will be predominantly focused on new and exciting projects throughout the business. Day to day you will be formulating system requirements, developing system plans and documentation, review and evaluation of existing systems, and designing systems to meet business needs.


Key responsibilities:

  • Manage business stakeholders and develop strong relationships
  • Communicate with influence to gather requirements and facilitate outcomes 
  • Analyse problems, identify priorities, and provide sound solutions and feedback
  • Review incoming enhancements for feasibility, estimated work content and urgency
  • Analyse, design, specify, implement and monitor the necessary tasks to provide outcomes
  • Deliver high standard business requirements including keeping documentation current
  • Provide support and work closely with application developers to get an outcome that fully meets the customer’s needs


To be successful you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in IT is highly desirable
  • Ability to readily consume and apply new information and concepts
  • Knowledge of and experience in Automated testing software
  • Demonstrated high level problem solving skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong customer focus, service ethic and commitment to excellence
  • A collaborative and team focus to work
  • The desire to think, innovate and work beyond the role
