Free counselling support for all Victorian customers
At NTI, we’re always asking how we can help our customers and partners.
This hard, second lockdown is tough on everyone, and our Victorian team members have spoken with many customers who are under major stress.
We know that many are worried about money and ongoing work.
We know lockdown is hurting businesses, families and relationships.
We know that many are experiencing increased pressure at home, in families and with friendships.
We also know that many are feeling lonely and isolated.
So, here at NTI, we’re dealing with things the way we know best – through action.
That’s why we are now offering our insurance partners, as well as our National Transport Insurance, Yellow Cover, Marine Protect and Truck Assist policyholders, free confidential counselling support. Counselling will be provided by Assure Programs – the same professional counselling service we give to all NTI employees.
Assure Partners will provide:
- Access for up to 4 sessions throughout September and October 2020
- 24/7 availability
- Session by phone or Skype
- Complete confidentiality
