Grader Description

A grader is a construction vehicle used to create a flat surface. Standard graders have three axles, the engine and cabin sit above the two rear axles and the third axle is at the front of the vehicle with the blade (for grading) in between (the front and rear axles).

Graders are commonly used in the construction and maintenance of dirt or gravel roads.

Grader blades range in width from 2.5m to 7.3m. They can have an additional blade attached to the front of vehicle (in front of the front axle) to clear debris or snow.
