Mobile Crane Description

A mobile crane consists of a telescopic boom mounted on a truck-type carrier. It can be quickly and easily moved from one location to another and requires little or no assembly or setup when it arrives on site. Mobile cranes come in a range of different sizes and can be used with different types of load and cargo.

Mobile cranes can be cable controlled or hydraulically powered. The telescopic boom, which is controlled from the cab of the carrier, typically has a hook at the end.
