Tanker Description

Tankers are large cylinder vessels used to safely transport liquid, gases and powders in bulk.

They range in size and capacity and can be hooked onto the back of trucks or dollies for transportation between locations.

Tanks can be high pressure or low pressure and are usually made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium or fibreglass.

Tankers are usually loaded and unloaded using a pump or using low-pressure air from a blower.  Some tankers use gravity to discharge the load.
