Are you the Parts Auditor we are looking for?

As an experienced Parts Auditor, you will provide expert knowledge and advice to NTI’s Repair Management team and ensure the ongoing delivery of quality parts to NTI’s repairers in a timely and efficient manner. You have exceptional communication and relationship stakeholder management skills. Ideally, you will have experience in Heavy Parts and/or the Plant Equipment Parts industry with an existing network of relationships.  As a highly motivated and proactive problem solver, you will have excellent time management skills and a strong customer service focus.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Claims Services, you will work within a team of Parts, Assessor, and Repairer specialists from across Australia to implement a delivery of quality parts to repairer in a timely and efficient manner, which clearly differentiates NTI from its competitors in terms of technical expertise, service delivery and claims management. In this role you will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders including; Repair Management, Claims Department, Finance Department, Repairers, Suppliers, and Insured.

Your responsibilities will include being able to:

  • Prepare and audit parts quotes to agreed target times.

  • Order parts accurately and efficiently in accordance to the assessors authorised adjusted quote.

  • Liaise with the repairers to ascertain the progress and requirements for each repair.

  • Ensure accurate and timely parts goods receiving.

  • Ensure all parts invoiced to the relevant claim with the assessor’s approval.

  • Other duties as required
