Available only through participating manufacturers, NTI’s Truck Assist service has been the market leader in heavy vehicle roadside assistance since it began operating in 2006.
When in need of assistance, the truck driver rings a 1800 number that ensures help is sent from the nearest available location.
The service answers calls from drivers with problems ranging from a flat tyre or being locked our of their truck, to needing a towing service to the nearest service centre when their trucks need mechanical repairs.
